A collection of collectors and their collections.
Molly Palmer's ongoing web project hopes to build an international library of collections and collectors. Cross referenced and interlinked by the content, motivation and stories behind each collection, this database will be open for all to join, whether you collect matchboxes, glass hats, paintings of dogs or dolls in national dress, if you can photograph your collection and answer some basic questions about it you're in! The site for this project is a work in progress but if you are any kind of collector and wish to take part, please contact hello@mollypalmer.net for more info. Megalith aims to unite and entertain hoarders all over the world and eventually hopes to spark collaborations between writers, artists, animators and musicians inspired by the objects and collections in the database.
